Do you have a physical shop?
Yes, all of our restaurants feature concept store
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver internationally.
How long do shipments take?
Typically, the shipment will reach you within 3-5 business days. However, please note that shipping durations for custom-made orders as well as ‘Request Price’ items will vary and can take up to one month or longer.
What if I would like to refund my purchase?
You are eligible for a full refund within seven calendar days of the receipt of your shipment, provided the item is in proper condition as sold, and in its original packaging. Opened items will not be refunded nor exchanged.
What if my item is damaged?
We take extreme care of our items and make sure it is in mint condition before being shipped to you. We cannot take responsibility for any damage that has occurred to it after leaving our premises. Please email us directly at help@thelighthouse.ae with a proof of purchase and proof of damage so that we may assess your case with our shipping company and replace your item with a new one if necessary.
What if the item I received is not the one I ordered?
Oops! Mistakes can happen and we do apologize if you have received the wrong item. Please email us directly within seven calendar days of the receipt of your delivery at help@thelighthouse.ae so that we may have the correct item sent to you. The shipping company will collect the wrong purchase from you when delivering the correct item.
Can I showcase my brand in your concept store?

Do you have gluten free pasta?
All our pasta dishes have an option to be cooked with gluten-free pasta. However, if you are severely allergic, we cannot guarantee a 100% gluten-free kitchen.
Do you have gluten free bread?
Yes we do, available both in our restaurants and exclusively via Deliveroo.
Do you have vegan options
Yes, we do including vegan starters, mains, salads and side dishes.
