CARNISTORE takes over Thursdays for six weeks After Dark at The Lighthouse Dubai Hills and Yas Bay Waterfront, 6 PM onwards.

Expect Smoked Brisket Rosti to start and a Black Angus T-Bone for Two for anyone who arrives hungry, paired with curated cocktails from our bar team and a DJ running late. Come for one course and a drink if you like, stay longer than planned.
