Cairo Kitchen Cookbook

Suzanne Zeidy grew up in a household that loved to cook. Every Friday her Aunt Alba would round up the extended family for a huge Egyptian lunch, where they would gossip, laugh and feast on traditional home-style cooking. Zeidy received her MBA in New York where she also worked in several of the city’s restaurants before returning to Cairo to help her father set up his food business.
